Seriously all I was trying to do was kill an hour before a movie. Sat there trying to make eye contact with a bartender for~ever~ and spent the next three years repeating that story every time I walked by. I hold grudges.

Other places on Bedford that I don't miss: -the b'fast spot that stopped serving oatmeal but still had it on the sign out front -the vegan place whose only server was also its owner and cook, with a mind for never bringing silverware but also disappearing for your entire meal

I'm like the chilliest patron too. I order a drink, overtip because I drink slow, and just wanna chill with my book! People sometimes get so upset about neighborhood staples closing, but forget those neighborhood staples sometimes suck.
