Oh man, when I lived in DC I had the great idea that I could make friends by joining a competitive scrabble league, except I worked weekends, so I just dragooned all my photography friends into playing me CONSTANTLY instead.

About 10 years ago I used to organize a monthly game at a nearby bar...five boards, rotating cast of players. It was fun. I should start playing online again
