Whoa. Interesting. Is it crazy expensive compared to comparable meat or veggie burger options?
It's a little more expensive ($15 for a burger, but this was a dumb place where all the other burgers were also stupid expensive), but I think one of the things they are working out is scale.

Yes I read the article you linked. That seems to be the thing to figure out, whether it’s vat-grown meat or this kind of thing. Maybe we’ll get Chicken Little. (Did you read The Space Merchants? Right up your street I think).
