This, in a nutshell, is why I haven’t cut the cord yet. I couldn’t deal with the crushing disappointment.

I had DirecTV Now when it first came out but the streaming quality was so bad I switched to Hulu Live TV. That was so frustrating though that I recently switched back to DirecTV Now (which has greatly improved in quality).
