Yesterday I spent half an hour reading some of the 2,300 comments under a food network brownie video on Facebook. People there were preparing to go to war against: -vegans -people who don't sift flour -people who put cherries in brownies -people who don't -the state of Georgia
Several of them said something like "well a lot of flour comes pre-sifted these days" and I woke up in a dead bolt this morning at like 3am and thought "wait no that's not true at all."
I'm thinking about it all again because I'm watching GBBO Masterclass and it seems like Paul and Mary have access to more kinds of flours than we do.
