@USPSHelp I had my mail held for two weeks and yet a ton of it still got delivered to my address. what's up with that?

I truly apologize for that! Sometimes this happens when there is a substitute carrier on the route! ^SRM
based on the amount of mail it was across many many days. Not really sure how that's ok?
