Sorry this happened. When the shipper chooses SurePost, the post office will make final delivery to you. ^TT
Then how can you guys pretend to offer any expected delivery data to me when you know you won't be handling that?

I'm sorry for your frustration Erin.Sure Post is not an expedited service level. It generally takes 1 to 2 days extra for delivery
