Last week, a PR person left a voice message to confirm i'd gotten her email and said she'd email a followup. I never got either email.

in my case they are never ever ever anything i would ever write about! almost without exception.

As a former PR person I can say we do this bec our bosses and clients assume if we didnt get a response we were not trying.
