The greatest thing about CWG is that they realize even when the forecast is uncertain, they can still write a thing that says that!

I've puzzled over this for years. Are NYCers simply less wx-interested than DCers? Does nobody want to front $$ for such a site?

DC got really lucky with CWG, and wapo got really smart when they bought them. Just hard to build that non-organically I think.
