Yes, I'm snotty about never having had an Uber account, but I genuinely feel like there are lots and lots of those people out there, right?
Anyway, I guess my real issue right now isn't with Uber but with this sloppy sentence.
They're in a crazy bubble. I live in an American city w/ as many people as Boston. I own a car. Everyone I know does too.
oh man, that said one reason I was super disappointed in Nashville was that it wasn't at all pedestrian-friendly.
Nope, it's car-centric like most American cities. Uber is not for people who need a car as often as we do.
I've visited a lot of mid-sized cities the last few years, and Nashville was unique, compared to Austin and both Portlands.
