That's one of those stories that has a better story underneath that i wish we could read.

Like how that highway, deserted for decades, became a gathering spot for racist groups which surely contributed to the increase cops?

Twice I stumbled upon groups of people who flew confederate flags from their trucks on that road. Among the times I've been the most scared.

Anyway, there's a blocked off road that's covered with graffiti penises and now the racists who hang out there are being told to skedaddle.
