All the White House photos on Flickr have been removed over to a new Obama White House account, apparently with comments and metadata intactpic.twitter.com/YaSXHHiuua
Flickr was such a huge thing during the first Obama inauguration, including a meetup on H Street afterward (I was too cold to move).

I still remember them switching over from https://www.flickr.com/photos/94975828@N00/ … to the WH account. It was really cool to see all that happen

It was sad to disassociate Obama from the WH account today, but at least it’s all safe forever now.
