5 pm, our heroine has her first taste of caffeine for the day.
In 2 weeks, I'll switch from waking up around 10am to waking up around 5am, and i'm thinking a lot about the role caffeine is gonna play.

You may consider a coffee pot with an autobrew function. Mine really helps me.

I've been doing that because of metro safetrack. It's okay (lots of cold brew) but I spent weekends sleeping to catch up
