Americans -- military are no -- aren't fat because we eat donuts every day.
We are fat because, among other reasons, food we think is 'healthy' isn't because of added sugar and other crap.

So instead of that photo of a chubby soldier holding a donut, show me a photo of that soldier with a granola bar.
