If you run or do other energetic cardio, what passes the time?
I absolutely felt that way until I started doing longer runs. Over 5 miles the noise became something I needed to distract me.

It's the reverse for me. On longer runs I zone out and lose track of what I'm listening to.

I listened to baseball games on long runs until I noticed I couldn't even remember which teams were playing.
