do you think it's possible to drink so much coffee over the course of your life that by your 30s it just no longer works?
i'm totally ok getting up and not having it, but i cannot seem to stay awake after 8pm, which is unfortunate because i work until 11.

can you do a 10 minute outside walk break? brewing coffee with caffeinated water does not work - we did that experiment at work
