so it's fun watching sites decide which of the three matters most to their bottom line and/or audience.

How does a publisher build the right infrastructure to (a) make sure that reader finds you and (b) comes back?

as a reader, I do not return to the sites who post bare-bones recaps within half an hour, but they don't expect me to.

I also find timing to be so interesting. There are enough folks who need that recap hit within hours of an episode ending.
