45 minutes into trying to swap the sim card from my busted phone to its replacement, it finally dawns on me that i don't own a paper clip.
'Erin, why are you still using the phone with a cracked screen?' 'I didn't have a paperclip and this was just easier'

24 hours later -- seven full days after i got the replacement phone -- i went into tmobile and asked to borrow their doohicky.
