@mccanner I have a running list of mid-level retailers with steady quality decline. No/poor lining, cheap exposed zippers, you name it.
@TomiLaffly their complaint will be that customers don't pay for quality, but obviously customers won't pay for crap, either.

@mccanner They need to increase quality or reduce prices. Some JCrew merchandise is almost as expensive as mid-level contemporary designers. -
