I kind of put movie theaters out of my mind when movies stopped coming out anyway, but the sheer joyous memory of going to nitehawk for two hours to escape the heat and scarf queso really came back in a wave last weekend.

Confirmed via sources (me): Having a rad movie theater open 1.5 blocks away from your apartment, and then having it shut down indefinitely with a big sad sign out front to remind you about it, is bad.
