because I love nothing more than becoming a caricature of myself I am now I the possession of a number of fresh ramps I do not know what to do with so uh cooking twitter gimme your ramp recipes plz
A) make ramp butter (super easy, just blanch them, mix with soft butter, reconstitute). B) sauté them and eat them over grits (and poached eggs, if you’re me).
