You don't seem to see the perspective that people who are vulnerable can die from Covid 19. This article is not helpful. You are giving isolated examples. I suggest it's you that's the sensationalist

As someone who lives in NYC and has seen these “crowds” firsthand—and who also has been taking great pains to protect the vulnerable people in my life—I have to agree with the article. Most people *are* trying to maintain space and protect each other. The photos are misleading.

Imagine if we had a government who was actually interested in educating us about coronavirus, how it spreads, what our individual responsibilities are, and how we can help each other. Instead we are all clueless and afraid, blaming others out of fear for endangering us.

And the malevolent and disingenuous, the worst among us, are exploting that lack of education for politics, financial gain, and ego. This whole administration is a clown car.

We have to cover our private areas, and wear shoes and shirts inside, and use the restroom - not the park or the floor. Wearing a mask to cut 80% of the virus transmission benefits everyone, and lets us return to more activities. I don't see how your article is helpful here.
