@titonka, from whom i lifted this link, weird how no one's focusing their singular rage on the dog walker strolling at a pace too slow to pass, or the kid on a scooter coming way too close, or the couples holding hands on their daily walk.Show this thread
everyone is scared, the sidewalks are small, and screaming at runners, either in real life or on your social media feeds, as if they alone are the source of risk, doesn't really accomplish anything.

What I like about this piece is it makes clear that yes, there are a lot of new runners out right now, who may not be familiar with etiquette. (there are also a lot of new pedestrians.)
