I’m using one sheet of toilet paper on my nose, anchoring the glasses (tissue is too much).Helps a little for half an hour in Florida humidity + breathing. Completely disintegrated by the time I get back.

for walks where i know i'm going to keep it on the whole time, I've started just popping my contacts in, after washing my hands obsessively like three times before touching them.

Means too much air is coming through your nose. You need a mask with metal shaping piece. Clean your glasses and polish with oil might help also.

I don’t use contacts so this has been tricky. The thing that’s been most successful is me just wearing them pushed down on the tip of my nose like Ben Franklin

This can be a problem for our goggles in the lab and anti-fog sprays really do work! The ones I've used are pretty expensive because they're sterilized but I bet the typical commercially available ones are the same chemical.

The tissue solution didn't work for me (plus it is wasteful), and neither has pulling up the mask. I may have to try the taping!
