Ok episode four is where I looked up and said “these people are NUTS” and decided yes, we did need alllllll the extra breathing room for the color.

This has been a deterrent to me watching. I don’t think I can hang for six.

The first half of episode one you start to think “oh my god this is SO padded and hokey,” and then in the second half you’re like “lol this is great,” but then you go to bed and probably never watch another.

They originally were going to do the doc as a 90-ish min feature. I think I would have liked that version. I stayed pretty entertained though both episodes I’ve watched so far, but not sure how they’ll keep the momentum up for six.

Agree. It was def already told perfectly in a written feature like a year ago in esquire or gq or something! (Not 6 hours of tv!) I cant remember WHICH pub but I read a whole perfect feature on it, which is how I already knew this whole thing while my boyfriend was shocked by it.
