Today on Bing(TM), they are featuring a story about a Guinness Record that has been covered by <squints> 2 total news organizations: his local TV station, and UPI. Probably not actually copy/paste... it’s not technically hard to set up a website with content from web scraping of actual new sites, with the sole purpose of being ad-serving platforms. With some SEO you can get the types of hits you point out from bing, etc.

Heck you can even pay someone to see it up for you for under $100 if you don’t have the tech chops... eg, google “turnkey news sites”
