Oh thank god the good crowd control guy is working at Penn Station this morning. @Amtrak give that guy a raise.

There's a guy, just one guy, and when he's working he's jovial and shares secret knowledge before the big board updates and makes sure everyone is in a good mood instead of trying to trample each other.
