Unfortunately, those delays hadn't been brought to our attention. Since those delays are now affecting Church Av-bound service, we are posting those now. Apologies that you weren't notified of this. ^TS

Good morning Erin, there are a number of tools we use to identify delays and gaps in service, but we really appreciate when customers help us identify problems, so we can share with all our riders. Thanks ^WD
