Anyway, delays are a fact of life. I get that! But I checked the @NYCTSubway feed before leaving the house in this 17-degree weather and it had zero mention of this massive problem on my line today.
I suppose you could say @NYCTSubway maybe didn't know the extent of the problem at that part of the line. Except there are two MTA people stationed on the platform every morning to help us navigate around a construction project. So they knew.
