This went on for over a year because every three months they would send me one single normal item that did not drape or have the word "relaxed" in the description.
lol I just found the email exchanges that boiled down to "please stop sending me cold shoulder tops" and them saying "we hope you enjoy the three cold shoulder tops we just sent you!" and my head exploding.

I specifically had to add "no cold shoulders" to my profile, that "trend" was bad from the very beginning. Have been too lazy to stipulate "no Ivanka sleeves, you know what I mean" but I've thought it.
Feeling better about my decisions to shop at clothing resellers/thrift stores and never be "stylish."
i told them to send me earth toned clothes and they sent me BRIGHT red pants
I am technically a soccer mom (my child plays soccer) and I can say with absolute certainty that I hate cold-shoulder tops in all forms. Also, just for reference, all the moms I know live in athlesure, specifically compression leggings with a phone pocket.
