All I can say is that I am "wow the dentist is great and I can navigate finding one and scheduling an appointment!" years old.

I went through the same thing recently myself! Paralyzing fear stemmed from childhood terrible experiences. I’m *actually* enjoying going. Makes me feel accomplished
