I basically never have my green dot on on slack, but the people who know i'm on it all day already know that. so what purpose does it serve except to make me feel even the slightest bit of a boundary?

What if you could have a "mute all channels except this one" function? or "mute all people except the two i need to get this project done on deadline"?
