i got that recently and it took me viewing it on three different platforms (Tweetdeck, normal https://twitter.com , and the app) to see that the survey is somehow embedded in the DM

Hi Erin -- apologies -- we are aware of an issue with viewing the survey link in the new Twitter web interface which we are working to resolve. If you try using the most updated version of the Twitter mobile app or a mobile browser, you should be able to access it. Thank you. ^BD
