This is one of the critical differences I thing between "digital" and "traditional" newsroom cultures, whatever those are, and something many of us are still figuring out, institutionally and personally.

My personal boundary: less ambient online time. I'm on enough when I need to be, and I am getting better at recognizing the times I actually don't need to be. Cherish those times.
