I'm often torn between "they clearly work," "the second sentence is cut off on a social share card" and "you won't believe what happens next" memories.
I think what I find appealing about them, despite my annoyance, is that they have finally killed some of the worst habits of print headlinese. Look at these words, talking like normal people!
