I wish others had the same conversations. Someone posted AP footage - VIDEO FOOTAGE - of the man and his child in the river on Twitter and it autoplays. I want to gouge my eyes and heart out and never breathe again. 
The devastating photo of two dead migrants was difficult to look at.
