Omg did I tell you we have a rooster fight in my town too?

Short version: people can keep chickens, which includes a rooster. But this one is LOUD. It’s the homeowner’s son and it wasn’t supposed to stay but here we are.

The owner tried using a collar that should stifle the caws, but it just makes the rooster strain and he still does it.
