yes of course. the second-highest percentage is afraid of *socializing* with women. and these behaviors all go together. these are overlapping numbers. it's not like they'll mentor but refuse to socialize. it's essentially being uncomfortable with women in professional spaces.pic.twitter.com/jVkL0mALGZ
EVEN THAT NUMBER though is 40%. It's not 60%, which is what CNBC tweeted out, which is what i'm annoyed about.

the 60% is all the combined discomforts (how they teased them out is another question) i think. so IMO the headline is a problem, i agree with you, but because it's actually an understatement of the full scope of idiocy men are showing here

If I was a man, Id be uncomfortable around women too. Ffs, they say something "wrong" and they could lose thier job or worse. Its easier for men to just avoid the risk, and I dont blame them one bit
