The summer before I moved to New York, also at the Uptown, I ran into my friend Jim at Inception opening day. He'd been there for a midnight show the night before but fell asleep because it was late. When he left the manager gave him a ticket to come back the next night.

That DuPont theater closed when CVS decided to build a CVS a block from that other CVS. That CVS is also closed now.
