@NYCTSubway 14-minute headways and my station entrance inexplicably closed this morning. I know the L is rightfully taking most of your attention but when do you think work on the "essential overflow" G train and its stations might be finished?

Hello, Erin. Can you give us more details about what you experienced, like what station you were at, which entrance was closed, and which direction you are travelling so we can look into this? ^TS

Greenpoint ave. The entrance at Greenpoint and Manhattan was blocked. The construction has closed off all but one staircase going to each platform for months now, and it gets dangerous when people are exiting. (Surely you already know which stations are under construction?)

We see that work on this station will continue through late 2020 while we install elevators at this station and make the entire station ADA-compliant. We will send your feedback regarding crowding at the station to station supervision. ^TS

So do you think someone should do something about these signs then, which are apparently off by more than a year?pic.twitter.com/BGAR4vXtTt
