I guess it's not an immediate danger because its feet seem to have melted into the field, so I guess it can't move at all (?), so maybe a website is the best way to report?

Also that one arm is coming out of the monster-dryer's back so maybe it's a Cthulhu/octopus situation and the legs are actually just stunted
