I get the Beyond Burgers (which you can buy in stores, IIRC unlike the Impossible Burger), and while I think it's a mistake to market them like "You'll think you're eating meat" (you won't), they're their own thing--a really excellent veggie burger, which is what I often want.
impossible keeps moving back their grocery story plan, but yeah, that's exactly where I am: a good enough thing for dinner that isn't meat.

... and I actually think they're better than good enough; they're not as good as a great beef burger (which I also have only rarely bc it wipes me out), but they're way better than a mediocre one, i.e., a regular Whopper.
