Does anyone talk about that headline - "men and girls"? Was it taboo to say "women"? I checked the image with names of victims, it seems most of these women were in their 20s, a few in their 30s. Also, the sub-hed "600 girls are hemmed in" - WTF
it was more than a century ago. words meant different things in different contexts.
