Hello, the conductor was referring to our crews working on an unplanned switch and signal problem at Times Sq. The 7 trains were rerouted and delayed while repairs were being made. Service has now resumed, however, trains are still delayed as congestion clears. TBJ
@NYCTSubway if there's track work going on on the 7 -- which my conductor keeps saying -- isn't that something you should have announced?

Instead, you have a train full of people underground with cell service but zero idea what's going on, aside from mumbled conductor announcements.
