I once called a hotel in Charleston where they asked for my name. "It's Mrs Stephens" (look I'm British don't @ me). All future correspondence arrived addressed to Missy Stephens.

I'd get requests like "can you organise a car to take me from the airport in Tokyo to the client's hotel". How would you even do that without Google? You quickly become friends with hotel concierges, they can sort ALL your shit out.
