      Amtrak’s differing boarding procedures from station to station can “result in passenger frustration, anxiety, and confusion.” The report specifically highlighted Union Station as one of two locations (the other is New York Penn Station) that “merit particular attention.”

      oh man i kind of love the chaos of Penn Station though - mostly because I have my own preferred strategic place to wait and I don't want others to know about it.

          All I will admit to is the fact that I have never had to fight a crowd to get a seat on a train - I am always among the first 10 passengers to board.
