      I just tried to google the name of the bookstore to start this thread off right, but i can't find it. It was on 12th or so, between Penn Ave and E Street. Halfway between the old Barns and Noble and where Olssons used to be in the place that became a noodle shop.

          I do, too. They were so good. It was a terrible blow to the city—and the tri-state region—when it had to close. I’ve always thought it was a travesty that our nation’s capitol no longer has a strong local book store chain. I’m grateful for Politics & Prose.
