  Not only that, Kavanaugh mouthed exact same words as Thomas. He actually cribbed Thomas’ script. The conjuring was deliberate (and inordinately offensive imao) “Thursday’s hearing sharpened the focus on a nominee in a way not seen since the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearings”

  1/ I don't understand why Judge Kavanaugh continues to say that he's never taken a position on whether a sitting POTUS can be indicted. In his '98 GLJ article he wrote that "The Constitution itself seems to dictate . . . @just_security @liptak @charlie_savage

  Some who worked with Kavenaugh in the White House are warning that he grievously misled (LIED) the Judiciary Committee in questioning during hearings for his SCOTUS nomination, documents held as "priveleged" will eventually prove he lied. Some docs already have. He will gut Roe.
