      I get why they did it this way, but I would rather read a study of political journalists on twitter that acknowledges that the work and the conversation ISN'T limited to the Beltway. It's 2018.       this is a study about the men who are more likely to have achieved a very specific kind of success in traditional journalism in washington, a city that loves its traditional gatekeeping. It's not, exactly, a study of political journalists on twitter.

      Am I defending the men in this study? lol no. Am I saying the study misses what could be a way more interesting forest for a very small boring tree? yeah.
