Got a shirt from a charity run #BraveryRunUkraine I did back in November. This will be perfect to wear for the 50-miler I will be running at Arches National Park on Jan. 28. Insane? Yes. But also a good opportunity to fundraise for Ukraine. If you want to contribute, see👇

They continue to live in Ukraine, raise their children, teach students, record podcasts, on top of collecting and personally delivering aid to Ukrainian civilians and military. Running 50 miles seems nothing compared to the amazing perseverance Ukrainians have shown the world.

The money will go to buy generators for Ukrainian civilians and the military, as well as cars for the military, an effort organized by a Ukrainian philosopher and professor of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, our joint Alma Mater, Volodymyr Yermolenko

Made it! Mom made a soup with Carpathian porcinis. AOKAS no. 10. 48 hours after I left my home in Maine and numerous acts of kindness from numerous people, I am in Lviv, in my mom’s kitchen. Home. The End. 💙🇺🇦💛

Landed in Warsaw. Just stepping on Polish soil reminds of countless acts of kindness and solidarity this remarkable county and its people expended to Ukraine in its hour of need. Thank you! And both bags made it, which in itself is a act of grace from the airline gods. 💙🇵🇱💛

Watching #Zelensky’s address to US Congress, it struck me as incredible that #Ukraine did even exist as a sovereign state 30-odd years ago. And today its president addresses the world’s most powerful nation with dignity, equanimity, and moral authority. Simply incredible.

A must-read from : in the war in Ukraine, focus on what we can do - degrade Russia's capabilities, rather than on what we can't control: Putin's intentions.

My latest with @TheStudyofWar. US should recognize that Russia's intent vs. Ukraine is inflexible. We should stop expending resources trying to change a reality we do not control and focus on what we can shape plenty: denying Russia’s ability to wage a war against Ukraine. 1/ twitter.com/TheStudyofWar/…
